Jo Oliver

Residential Property Consultant

Jo joined Harrison Humphreys in early 2008 having previously worked in a range of customer service and administrative roles in the education, agricultural and sporting industries. Jo enjoys providing excellent customer service, meeting people and working with them to achieve their goals in buying and selling. As a member & committee member of the Tamar Rowing Club, Jo rows regularly and participates in pennant competitions; she is a member of BNAA a business networking group, a volunteer for Meals on Wheels, a Sponsor of National Penny Farthing Championship in Evandale & supports St Giles.

I wish to thank Jo Oliver for her professionalism and dedication to the sale of my home. Her written description of my home was correct in all aspects. It gave the interested parties a true record of the home they would be viewing. After only two open homes she was able to secure a purchaser and kept in touch with that person and myself throughout the time & to final settlement. In fact she went beyond the call of duty by keeping the purchaser calm the day before settlement when this lady was very stressed. Jo is a listener and has a great feel for this industry. I recommend her highly to anyone who needs a competent agent for the sale of their property.

Jo secured a contract at a very good price. From a client perspective Jo represented herself and Harrison Humphreys to our complete satisfaction. Professional, efficient and effective, arranging property presentation, open day and contract finalisation, communicating clearly and regularly, a pleasure to deal with.
